Add only ratings you already have. They begin as self-reported and can be verified later.
NTRP entries here are unverified. After signup, choose your USTA designation in Sports settings; entering a number is not the USTA Self-Rate process.

- Unverified / self-entered level
- Your estimate here. It is not an official USTA self-rating.
- USTA Self-Rated (S)
- Issued after completing USTA’s Self-Rate questionnaire on TennisLink.
- USTA Computer-Rated (C)
- A published year-end rating based on eligible results. At least three valid qualifying matches are needed; not every event produces a C rating.
Use the letter actually shown by USTA; A, M, T and D also exist. Selecting a letter here is a claim, not verification. PlayAloha.net checks submitted ratings manually and does not issue official USTA ratings or calculate unpublished dynamic ratings.
To get started, create a free USTA account, sign into TennisLink, choose Self-Rate under Find NTRP Rating Info, and answer the playing-history questions. There is no initial on-court rating board.
Adult NTRP levels use half-point steps. Junior Team Tennis uses a different scale and process: computer ratings require at least four recorded JTT matches. Junior self-rating happens during registration for an event that requires it. Don’t enter a junior JTT number as adult NTRP.
